It looks like Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku will soon be getting his wish and being allowed to leave the club and rejoin his beloved Inter Milan.
It was only a year ago when he was sorting a move back to Chelsea which he later commented as being his ‘dream’. Now, the tables have turned.
Chelsea want the deal done quick, according to The Telegraph today. This is likely because they will need to work on sourcing a suitable replacement for the Belgian international, and the publication has named four attackers who they are looking at to potentially do just that.
They claim that Raheem Sterling, Ousmane Dembélé and Christopher Nkunku are all among the club’s attacking targets, while Arsenal target Gabriel Jesus has been offered to Chelsea.
You’d suspect that there are other names as well to add to this list who will be considered by Chelsea and Tuchel this summer.
