Chelsea is reportedly interested in securing the services of PSV midfielder Ibrahim Sangare as part of their summer spending spree.
According to the Mirror, the Stamford Bridge hierarchy has been keeping an eye on Sangare as they prepare to cash in on the next transfer window.

It should come as no surprise that English teams have reportedly viewed his skill set favorably since he is clearly a well-rounded prospect.
Especially because Chelsea paid the same price for N’Golo Kante in 2016, and he could be obtained for as little as £30 million (Mirror).
